Job Description:

SkyePoint Decisions Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator who will provide a wide range of administrative support for the Corporate Team. The position requires an ability to execute multiple activities, flexibility to adjust with evolving priorities, and focus to maintain a strong attention to detail. The individual must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A strong command of written and oral communication is required as well as experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. This is a unique opportunity for a high energy individual to contribute, learn, and grow! The desired candidate is proactive, possesses a willingness to learn and has an extreme commitment to open communication, respect for confidentiality, and ethical operations. This is a part-time opportunity located in our Dulles, VA, corporate office. U.S. citizenship is required.Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive structure of assigned tasks and activities; Proactively advance each to completion; Identify challenges and proactively address and resolve as appropriate
  • Coordinate the preparation and assembly of materials for meetings utilizing MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Provide meeting preparation and support including logistics, materials, and food; Document actions and notes
  • Follow-up with team members on actions to validate advancement to satisfactory and impactful completion
  • Research a variety of topics relevant to SkyePoint including event venues and corporate travel
  • Make Executive team travel arrangements as required and complete subsequent expense reports
  • Greet and sign in visitors ensuring they receive attention and care throughout their stay
  • Prepare presentation binders and folders for client and partner meetings
  • Communicate corporate information to all SkyePoint Decisions employees and provide follow-up as required
  • Order business cards, plaques, awards and other materials as needed to support corporate programs
  • Support and coordinate planning, invitations/communications and execution of corporate events including charity events, holiday parties and team building
  • Maintain our Corporate phone list
  • Prepare new hire employee Welcome Kits
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries for the office
  • Ensure supplies are maintained throughout the office and kitchen and order materials as appropriate
  • Coordinate services with our business partners including our facility engineer and corporate photographer
  • Ensure the office and kitchen spaces are maintained in an orderly manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    • High School degree, advanced education preferred
    • 5+ years as an administrative and office assistant with familiarity working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple executives
    • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    • 5+ years of experience in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility, multitasking, attention to detail and discretion
    • Creativity, energy, and a desire to grow

      • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including flexibility to handle multiple priorities
      • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
      • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
      • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
      • Ability to take the initiative to resolve issues independently or to seek guidance on how to resolve them
      • Superior record for attendance and punctuality; a solid work ethic
      • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization capability
