The Impact You’ll Make - Command the Calendar: Act as the primary gatekeeper for five financial advisors, expertly balancing complex schedules to maximize productivity and ensure no client is left waiting. - Elevate the Experience: From the moment a client walks through our doors, you own the environment. You’ll ensure our office is pristine, meeting rooms are staged with precision, and every guest feels like a VIP. - Master of Logistics: Take the lead on our retirement planning workshops and events. You’ll manage everything from registration to "day-of" execution, ensuring our brand shines in the community. - Operational Excellence: Look under the hood of our internal processes. You will help refine CRM workflows and documentation systems, turning "how we work" into a well-oiled machine.
