Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: Responsible for leading a team for the preparation, execution and management of the DTRA resource portfolio Support the PM with providing oversight of a team supporting agency program and budget development, formulation, execution and manpower resource requirements. Support the PM with leading a team that incorporates best practices into the management and controls structure of Financial Management for: Program and Budget Support, Financial Operations, Finance and Accounting, Cross-cutting Comptroller Support, Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) support, and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Financial Systems Sustainment Support. Skills: Team Leadership in a Comptroller (Financial/Budget) environment Project Management experience including financial tracking, quality control of deliverables and project staffing experience Strong federal audit/internal controls experience Proficient in understanding Federal, DoD, FAR, and DFAR regulations, guidelines, standards, and concepts; or other relevant industry policies and best practices Strong communications skills At least 8 years of experience supporting large program/projects Qualifications: 8 years in Program Management with cost, schedule and performance responsibilities Experience working in a program office for systems development and acquisition or similar organization CDFM/CGFM, FM or PMP preferred Bachelor’s in Business Management, Accounting or Finance preferred Qualify for Secret or TS/SCI
