Documents and interprets rhythm strips for all patients. Communicates appropriate nurses of changes in cardiac rhythms. As a member of the nursing unit, conducts self to promote an organized and positive environment. /n/n Essential Functions: /n/n /n/t - /nClinical Responsibilities: Provides continues cardiac monitor observation. /n/t - /nCommunication Responsibilities: Communicates the appropriate nurse of changes in cardiac rhythm/documents rhythm strips. /n/t - /nTechnical Responsibilities: Ensures all cardiac telemetry monitoring equipment is in working order at all times.
