Director Levels I-III Salary Range $129,000 - $205,000 Empirical is
looking to hire a motivated Financial Management Consulting
Director to join our growing team! In this role, you will oversee
the financial health of projects, programs, or organizational units
by integrating accounting, budgeting, and reporting. The
Opportunity A Financial Consulting Director leads teams that
provide strategic financial advice, analysis, and planning to
internal stakeholders. If you’re looking for an opportunity where

support resource management and mission operations; Projects to
address requirements related to financial operations, reporting,
and accounting Audit readiness, remediation, and liaison Internal
control program, assessment, and risk management Financial
transformation and innovation, including new and emerging
technology, to optimize business processes and financial and
information systems, and improve data integrity and reporting Job
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
management A minimum of 10 years of accounting-related work
experience in federal financial management, auditing, and
supporting financial statement audit activities. Executive-level
oral and written communication skills are needed to provide
technical advice to the client effectively. Ability to work
independently in analyzing and resolving problems. Strong customer
service and people skills Ability to manage a moderately sized
project to achieve high customer satisfaction. Experience in
defining creative solutions to client problems. Ability to work
well in a team environment. Adaptive person with a willingness to
learn new tasks and business functions. Proficient in the use of
the MS Office suite, specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to occasionally work extra hours to meet deadlines. Ability
to complete a background investigation and credit check, as well as
being able to obtain a security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is
