In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy and timeliness. • Oversee accounts receivable tasks, ensuring payments are recorded and reconciled effectively. • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate necessary reports. • Perform precise data entry to ensure all financial transactions are documented correctly. • Process invoices with a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors and discrepancies. • Assist in preparing financial documentation and reports for audits and organizational reviews. • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all accounting tasks. • Respond to inquiries related to accounts and payments in a thorough and timely manner.• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related financial role. • Proficiency in managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong knowledge and experience with QuickBooks software. • Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Ability to process invoices and reconcile accounts with attention to detail. • Familiarity with financial documentation and reporting practices. • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and addressing inquiries. • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
