of the Business Development Coordinator:** Conduct thorough
research to identify and engage new corporate members, advertisers,
exhibitors, and corporate partners* Collaborate seamlessly with our
innovative marketing team to develop and execute customer outreach
and lead generation strategies* Follow up with prospects via phone
and email to generate exciting new sales opportunities and share
potential collaborations with relevant departments* Maintain
organized lists and target groups for personalized outreach*
Connect with corporate members and exhibitors to present and sell
captivating advertising opportunities* Collect, vet, and distribute
advertisements with precision and creativity* Collaborate with the
marketing team to ensure the seamless fulfillment of purchased
advertisements* Manage the sales CRM platform, ensuring accurate
lead and sales data entry and comprehensive analysis of CRM data*
Oversee the booth sales process, prioritizing returning exhibitors
and corporate partners*Requirements of the Business Development
Coordinator:** Completed bachelors degree* Any previous sales
experience, preferably in exhibit, advertising, or sponsorship
sales* Exceptional project coordination and time management skills,
thriving in a deadline-oriented environment with the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously* Superior written and oral
communication skills* Strong negotiation and people skills*
Creative communication skills with a keen attention to detail* A
positive attitude, excelling both independently and in a
collaborative, cross-functional team environment* Strong
proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook*
Knowledge of iMIS, CRM, and other database software is
